Dropoff & Parking Information

The Ricky Schaede Art Studio is located just off Broadway at 5 First Street Unit 3A in Orangeville Ontario.  The storefront is accessible via Dairy Lane which is a service lane that goes behind Broadway.

Student Drop Off: To drop off students for class, parents can drive into Dairy Lane, stop for a moment at the studio storefront, and drop off their young artist for class.  Please make sure to put on your four ways if you are stopping in the laneway and do not stay for an extended period of time, drop off and drive away.  After drop off, you can continue through Dairy Lane to get back onto either FIrst St. or Second St.  Please do not park in parking spaces designated for tenants, Dairy Lane is a service lane so it is no problem to block the lane for a moment for your drive-by drop-off.  If you park in tenant spaces your vehicle may be towed.  

If you want to walk into the studio with your young artist, you must park in a nearby public parking space either off or along Broadway.  

If you are early for class, please do not idle in the laneway for an extended period of time.  Drop-off 10-15 minutes early is fine.  

 

Student & Customer Parking: The studio does not have its own parking so students and customers will need to park in one of the public parking spaces or lots along Broadway or one of the nearby streets.  Please refer to the map here to see where the public parking lots are in relation to the studio.  The public lots are accessible via Broadway, and via Little York St. which you can get to by turning down Mill St.  It is just a short walk from the parking lots to the studio.
